Most people that are familiar with my music consider this to be my flagship song. With this being my flagship song I have always had grand ideas to make this song very orchestrated with many different instruments and melodies, but I was urged to keep this song a simple solo acoustic guitar. I am glad that I have stuck to that advice.

The credit for the naming of this song goes to my brother, Jared. He said, "I think the name of this song should be fat guy does the impossible. Why? Because in the beginning it sounds depressed like someone wants to do something that he can’t normally do, but then in the end it is the repeat of the beginning but instead of looking forward he is looking backwards at how he did it".
